B. Make sure to not just write a quote but complete as much of the questions in columns 2 and 3.
C. You must give internal citations and a works cited entry for every quote/paraphrase (if the quote/paraphrase
comes from the same source you can write "same" for the above works cited entry, but you must give specific
internal citations).


Internal Citations:

Books: Author's Last name and page number in parenthesis, such as (Nash 24) or (Zinn 145)

Website: The Website name, not the URL:

For example: www.whosehistory.blogspot.com should be (Whose History)
