COLUMBUS MOCK TRIAL:
The Columbus Mock Trial will be a 3 day activity ALL HELD IN THE SCIENCE AUDITORIUM.
Day 1: Tuesday, October 27th
Day 2: Wednesday, October 28th
Day 3: Thursday, October 29th
Prosecution & Defense must dress up for a formal presentation on Days 1 and 2.
Jury must dress up for a formal presentation on Day 3.
RETHINKING COLUMBUS & THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE DISCUSSION:
This will take place on Friday for all students in our classroom. We will discuss the book Forgotten Fire, so standard students make sure to have read the book by this Friday! Then we will decide on what approach we want to take about advocating for the acknowledgment of both genocides!
