1. We cannot take any additional helpers: Only those who submitted notes or emails by family members by this past Friday can attend.
2. Meet at Boston Tea Party Museum at 5:30PM (South Station is the closest Stop)
3. Make sure to check in with Ms. Ryan when you get there (Mr. Pitts-Dilley will not arrive until 6:30PM, but you need to be there by 5:30PM)
4. The volunteers will be working the Waterfront stage at Atlantic Wharf and watch the Sons of Liberty dump the tea into Boston Harbor.
5. The volunteer hours are 5:30PM-8:30PM (MUST ATTEND ALL 3 HOURS)
6. The volunteers will be working to control the crowd and sit 600 people who paid to watch the performance.
7. There is a reception at 8:45PM for all volunteers - pizza, water, tea, will be provided and you can talk with the different members of the event (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND THIS PART TO RECEIVE EXTRA-CREDIT)!
8. You are responsible to get to the event and back home.
9. Make sure to check out with Mr. Pitts-Dilley before you leave.
