Mock-Trial Verdict and MVPS

Period 1: Charges:

1. Slavery GUILTY: Unanimous
2. Theft GUILTY: Unanimous
3. Murder: GUILTY: Unanimous
4. Genocide: NOT-GUILTY: Unanimous

MVPS (There were 8 jury members, 1 did not do his work and a second student showed up at the end of class)

Prosecution Priscille (unanimous)

Defense: Kalah & Cliff (tie)

Period 3: Charges

1. Torture: MISTRIALl: Guilty 5-: Not-Guilty 1
2. Genocide: NOT-GUILTY: Unanimous
3. Slavery: MISTRIAL: 2 Guilty: 4 Not-Guilty 
4. Rape: NOT-GUILTY: Unanimous 
5.Theft: NOT-GUILTY-Unanimous

P.S. a common feedback is that the defense had evidence and the prosecution only had "opinions" (witnesses deposition)

3. Theft: GUILTY: Unanimous 
4. Torture: MISTRIAL: Guilty 6-1
5. Assault: NOT-GUILTY: Unanimous-as told by Mr. Pitts-Dilley, because the prosecution failed to give internal citations for their evidence to this charge)
