1. This week, we read about Asian Empires and their contributions to travel via technology and military power. Answer the following question on page 21 of the notebook, in 2 to 3 paragraphs:
How did the rise and fall of the Tang and Song Dynasties in China and the rise and fall of the Mongolian Empire accelerate the European desire and ability to travel? Be specific and include key people, terms, empires and inventions.
2. Prepare for notebook checks that will begin on Monday (Period 1 Male Students: 50% for work that is 1 day late)
3. There will be a Do Now Quiz from assignments from this week on Monday (from the work from pages 15, 17 and 19).
