Thursday's Class & Homework: 5/18/17

1. You need to create a 12 to 18 PPT Slide Show Presentation
2. First Slide: Names in Alphabetical Order
3. Last Slide: Works Cited Page in MLA format
4. All of the content must come from your reading, however, you may use images and pictures from other sources (you must cite the work)
5. You will present on Friday and Monday (3 Groups in random order on each day)
6. You will have the first 20 minutes of class on Friday to finish your work and prepare to present (don’t read from the slides, use index cards, talk about what is really important as you should assume that we can read the slides)
7. YOUR JOB IS TO TELL THE STORY... WHAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR ALL STUDENTS TO KNOW ABOUT THE VOICES, PAIN, HISTORY OF OPPRESSION AND RACISM AND OUR OWN NATION WRONG DOINGS TOWARDS THE HAITIAN PEOPLE AND NATION.
8. Self-Evaluation sheet will be distributed on Monday after the final presentation!
