- The book: Sugar Changed the World: A Story of Magic, Spice, Slavery, Freedom, and Science by Marc Aronson and Marina Budhos is not available for free online, but there are 3 copies available at the O'Bryant for any student who wants to come in on Tuesday (9/6) and Wednesday (9/7) from 7:30AM to 2PM. In addition you can buy the books for online stores such as Amazon for as low as $4.39. Please also check the Boston Public Libraries.
- I am applying a letter grade penalty or 10 points if the score is below a passing grade for each of the 2 summer assignments that are turned late on Friday 9/9 or Monday 9/12 (I am not accepting them after Monday 9/12).
History Class MATERIALS: Recommended:
- 5 subject notebook (the 5th term is used for research paper work)
- 2 Inch Binder (3 inches if you plan on taking the Honors option)
- Writing Utensils
- Highlighters (especially if you plan on taking the Honors option)
