1. Read HO #14
2. Draw a Venn Diagram and based on the information that you read and what you know, please compare and contrast the lives of a poor peasant teenager in 1792 France (prior to the French Revolution) and a poor white, black, Hispanic, Cape Verdean, Haitian, Brazilian or Asian teenager who lives in Boston today.
3. Then answer the following prompt: How would their lives be different if the peasant was a noble and the Bostonian was well-off (The Globe published two articles yesterday about income inequality: one said that to live "comfortably" in the city in a two bedroom apartment one needs to make nearly $58 an hour, about $115,000 a year... remember when I asked you guys about your basic needs and minimum wage...).

P.S. Make sure you did/got yesterday's reading: Do Now quiz tomorrow.
P.S.2. Extra-Credit: Show up to the boys volleyball City-Final tomorrow at the Reggie Lewis Center at 3:30PM to support the #2 Tigers vs. #1 BLA (we had 6 people show up for our senior night, so much for school pride)
