FINAL DRAFT GUIDELINES: QUESTIONS? EMAIL ME!

FORMAT:

• Font Size & Style: 12 Times New Roman
• Spacing: Double
• Margins: Set the margins of your document to 1 inch on all sides.
• Indent: The first line of paragraphs one half-inch from the left margin. Use the Tab key as opposed to pushing the Space Bar five times.
• Header & Page Number: Create a header that numbers all pages consecutively in the upper right-hand corner, one-half inch from the top and flush with the right margin.
• End Notes: If you have any endnotes, include them on a separate page before your Works Cited page. Entitle the section Notes (centered, unformatted).  It does not count towards your 5 to 9 pages

STEP 10: Final Draft (5 to 9 pages): Tuesday, May 29th (Period 5 can give me the paper on Wednesday, because of the field trip): 

• Please bring 2 copies and give BOTH to me at the beginning of class
• Good transition sentences, grammar, spelling and flow of writing
• Topic sentences
• It must also be loaded on TURNITIN.COM by Monday May 28th at 11PM

WHAT SHOULD THE PAPER LOOK LIKE?

1. Cover Page (optional for turnitin.com)

2. Abstract (100 to 200 words)

3. Paper with internal citations (5 to 9 pages)

4. Bibliography)
